2018 Provider Policy and Procedure
Amerigroup:
Starting December 1, 2018 (date of service), ALL MN Medicaid business/ claims will be administered and paid through Amerigroup.
Enrolled Members will receive new ID cards from BCBS - new alpha prefix
Blue Cross will DENY you claims if you submit them to BCBS for any services 12/1/2018 and beyond.
