The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites
A special conference rate of $84 per night is available at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Downtown Waterfront. All lodging reservations and requests are being handled directly by the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites. The deadline for lodging reservations is September 5, 2008. Conference Meals:
The following group meals are included within the applicable conference registration rates.

* Tuesday Pre-Conference Institute Lunch
* Wednesday Evening Welcome Reception
* Thursday Noon Awards Banquet Luncheon

Optional Thursday Evening Dinner & Social Activity:
Please join us at the Lake Superior Railroad Museum for an optional group dinner and social activity on Thursday, September 18th. Come enjoy networking time over a traditional BBQ buffet, guided tours of historical steam powered locomotives and short trolley rides at St. Louis County Heritage and Arts Center's Historic Union Depot.
Tickets must be purchased in advance. You will receive the tickets when you check in for the conference. Tickets may be purchased by using the online registration system or by calling the association office at (651) 642-1903.

Extra Meals:
Extra meal tickets are available on an a la cart basis for special guests or spouses who wish to dine with the conference participants for only select meals. Meal tickets must be purchased in advance. You will receive the tickets when you check in for the conference.
