Entering its 4th year, the Minnesota Behavioral Health Depression Collaborative is facilitated by the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI) - Professional Partnerships division. Funding and support has been made possible through a private-public partnership between the Minnesota Department of Human Services, the Minnesota Department of Health, UCare, Medica and the Minnesota Association of Community Mental Health Programs
